First i recommend reading from the start of the series and that is Into The Wild. These cats are living in the mountain and the story is in the view of Gray Wing. The stoneteller sees a land with lots of prey(or food)for them to eat;since the food there is very scarce in the mountains. Then a group is sent out to find this land far from the mountains. When they get there there's lots of food but there enemies there. Then they split again and went to different areas. 14 AR Points
A book I would recommend is Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets In This Book Harry, Ron, and Hermione, are going back to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. This book is a little more intense than the first one {Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone} because Harry is older and can face many more dangers in his second year. Harry Potter is an unusual boy on the count that he is a wizard! As for Harry, Ron and Hermione are wizards too and they are Harry's best friends. Harry has a friend named Hagrid and he is the one who told Harry he was a wizard. You will find out more if you read it yourself! 11 AR Points
Moon Blake is raised by his loving but government-paranoid father, Oliver, in a hidden cave in the Alabama forests. Oliver dies from a wound he refuses to have medically treated, so Moon is told to move away, alone, and start a new home in the Alaskan wild-lands. Constable Sanders, however finds the boy with his father's guns, abuses him and has him locked away till majority age for 'assault' within Mr. Gene's grim Pinson home for boys. Moon soon makes friends with shy, sickly Kit and apparent bully Hal, then sets up a mass escape, on which only the trio actually follows through. Sanders fails to catch them, but the unforgiving elements reshuffle the cards dramatically. By Emily Fomin 6 AR Points

Summary: A boy is visiting his dad at jail because his dad got arrested for sinking a boat. He sunk the boat because he found out that the owner was dumping the sewage water into the ocean near a local beach. He thought that nobody would want to be swimming in sewage water. His kids tried very hard to tell people that he sunk the boat because the sewage water was being dumped into the ocean. They never saw anybody dumping sewage water in the ocean. While they were trying to prove that their dad was not really supposed to be in jail, the owner of the boat had a son who was bullying the boy and so was his friend. One day when the boat owner’s son and his friend were bullying the boy again, somebody stood up for the boy. The boy did not know the man. One of the bullies came to the boy’s house and said that they were both very sorry. He also said that they would never do it again because they were scared of the man who had stopped them from bullying the boy. A little while after that happened the daughter of the man who was in jail snuck out of the house at night and she took a video of the people dumping the sewage water into the ocean. Her parents were driving around looking for her and they finally found her when she was walking back home and then she showed them the video the next day. By Gracie Wynberry Ar points- 11

In this biography of civil rights activist, Fannie Lou Hamer, author Carole Weatherford and illustrator, Ekua Holmes capture the audience by using such inspiring words and bold, vivid illustrations, any reader will be moved by her courage, boldness, and perseverance. Hamer was born into a large, poor family of sharecroppers in Mississippi, where she worked in the cotton fields after being forced to drop out of school in the sixth grade. Hamer faced many hardships, such as being tricked into surgery so she could not have children, facing numerous threats because she volunteered to register to vote, and losing her job and house for becoming involved in the Civil Rights Movement. Even through these hardships, she still continued to voice her opinion and help others against discrimination and racial inequality. This book captures the life of an inspiring leader of the civil rights movement in a powerful poetic verse and is beautifully enhanced with collage illustrations in bright, vibrant colors. The poetic verse impacts the reader as it is told from Hamer’s own words and vocabulary, making her words much more realistic. Some of the illustrations were inspired or based on photographs, adding detail and depth to the story of Hamer’s life. Anyone interested in history, especially the civil rights movement should read this book. Not only does it assist a reader in comprehending the magnitude of the civil rights movement but it also depicts the personal life of an unknown girl who became a positive role model for many. 3 AR points
